Blopper ("we", "us", "our") is a content-creation services company offering script writing, SEO strategy, video editing, and thumbnail design for gaming creators. For the purposes of EU data-protection law, Blopper acts as the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Data collected automatically
- IP address and approximate location - captured by our hosting provider's web server logs for security and abuse prevention.
- Browser type, OS, referrer URL - standard server-log data used for aggregate analytics.
- YouTube embed data - if you interact with embedded YouTube videos, Google's privacy policy applies. We do not receive personally identifiable data from those embeds.
We do not use advertising tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts (e.g. Google Analytics), or behavioural profiling tools.
3. Legal Bases for Processing

- Business transfer - if Blopper is acquired or merges with another entity, data may be transferred as part of that transaction; you will be notified in advance.
6. Data Retention
- Contact form enquiries - retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact, or for the duration of an active client relationship.
- Server logs - retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then deleted.
- Financial/contractual records - retained for 7 years where required by applicable tax and accounting law.
Data is securely deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
